The Hifab Group is the leading Project Management Company in Sweden. The company has 400 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 40 MUSD. The ownership is concentrated to some 160 persons active within the Company.

Hifab was established in 1947 and has since the 1975 also been working internationally. The company has been active in more than 70 countries all over the world, including the Baltic countries Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

We are in Latvia represented by our fully owned subsidiary, Hifab SIA.

Hifab undertakes assignments related to project management, from early feasibility studies to final acceptance. One of the major policies of Hifab is to maintain a total independence from other consulting firms, contractors and suppliers.

Accordingly Hifab has no other interests than those of the Client,which will secure that the attention is completely focused on the Client.

As an independent project manager Hifab can always propose the best possible solutions with respect to the project and the preferences of the Client. Our advice on how to run a project is based on the specific conditions for each project, and not to fit into any standard "Hifab-model".

Hifab is certified under the ISO Codes 9001 and 14000. We are very proud to state that Hifab is well advanced in respect of Quality and Environment assurance.

Hifab has been assigned as Project Manager/Construction Manager for a large number of commercial buildings like offices, hotels and shopping centers.
