Quality Assurance is a major focus for our services. Hifab is consequently certified according to the quality code SS-EN ISO 9001.

 

The formal certification makes the Quality Assurance a normal routine in our daily work.

 

Furthermore Hifab is now certified according to the Environment Code ISO 14000.

 

Routines and methods are continuously improved and our staff is regularly trained in order to meet the requirements and needs of our Clients. The training of staff is organized in our internal "Hifab’s Project Management School".

 

Hifab takes pride in high efficiency and professionalism during all phases of a project.

• Feasibility and viability Studies. We have carried out a large number of studies in many of the countries where Hifab has had assignments and thus our staff is well experienced to assure accuracy of the documentation to be provided.

• Design. We have the experience from a great number of projects in selecting consultants for the management of design and project work to secure that the intentions of the Client are met.

• Procurement. Our staff members have vast experience from procurement of contractors, which has enabled us to develop certain skills in evaluation of tenders with focus on the best economy for the Client.

• Construction. Hifab has developed programs for planning and follow up of costs, time and quality. Time-schedules, budgets and quality requirements are established in close co-operation with the Client. The Client is regularly updated regarding the progress of works. Hifab provides the Client with the full control of the development of the project.

• Property management including administration and maintenance.

Hifab is accordingly experienced from all phases of a real estate project, from the initial stage until completion, commissioning and administration.
