PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT: Provides help with idea of projects, financial advice and guidance. Evaluates and developes land. Facilities Management.

 

CERTIFICATION: Ensuring that construction certificates for civil, electrical and mechanical works are obtained.

 

DUE DILIGENCE: Plans, supervises and coordinates Due Diligence assessments regarding environmental, technical and economical/legal issues.

 

SPACE PLANNING: Analyses needs and provides market surveys. Manages company moves. Provides logistical planning and advisory for Furniture Fittings and Equipment (FF & E).

 

TECHNICAL: Specialist in air raid shelter, fire, windows, doors, glass construction, ect.

 

QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL: HIFAB AS is ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 certified and works with our own or the client's quality control systems. External audits in the quality and environment fields are conducted for clients or suppliers.

 

In accordance with our Business Concept the Project Manager shall work in close liaison with the Client and act as being part of his organization.
